Scope of Application

  • These terms and conditions apply to all services, promotions, bonuses, and betting activities on www3.
  • Special promotions or events may have their own separate rules, which should be read alongside the main Terms & Conditions.
  • In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Bangla versions, the English version shall prevail.

Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and place bets on www3. Any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated, and all funds may be forfeited.

One Person, One Account

No individual may open more than one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Withdrawal Rules

  • KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your deposit (e.g., if you deposited via Mobile Pay, you must withdraw to Mobile Pay).
  • Www3 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

Www3 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus Terms

  • The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only.
  • A specified turnover (typically 10x) must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days and will expire automatically after that period.
  • While a bonus is active, only your deposited funds may be withdrawn — not the bonus amount.

Rebate & Cashback

VIP members receive a daily rebate. The turnover requirement is just 1x — meaning you only need to place one bet before withdrawing. Rebates are credited automatically every day at midnight.

Warning: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and all bonuses and deposits being forfeited. www3 takes strict action against bonus abuse.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on www3 and cover Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.

Bet Finality

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. Please verify all details before placing your bet. www3 does not accept bet cancellation requests; however, if an event is cancelled, your bet will be voided automatically and your funds returned.

Odds Changes

Odds in live betting can change at any moment. Bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. If a technical error results in a bet being placed at incorrect odds, www3 reserves the right to correct them to the accurate odds.

  • Maximum bet limits are determined by the event and your VIP tier.
  • In a parlay bet, all selections must be correct to receive a payout.
  • If an event ends in a tie or draw, the applicable bet rules will apply.
  • Www3 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on www3. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Creating an account using someone else's identity or providing false information.
  • Bonus abuse – attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
  • Using automated software or bots to place bets.
  • Exploiting odds errors or creating artificial betting patterns.
  • Engaging in money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the www3 system.
  • Harassing or engaging in misconduct toward other members.

Www3's anti-fraud team monitors activity around the clock. Any suspicious behavior detected may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.

VIP Program Terms

Www3's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with its own set of benefits and conditions.

Tier Level

VIP tier is determined by your total monthly betting volume and is reviewed at the end of each month. If your bets fall below the required threshold for three consecutive months, your tier may be downgraded by one level.

VIP Benefits Terms

  • Rebates and cashback are available to active VIP members only.
  • A personal manager is available from the Gold tier onwards.
  • Gold tier or above is required to participate in VIP tournaments.
  • Transferring or selling VIP benefits is strictly prohibited.
